More than 20 years after the band's members went their separate ways, The dB's original lineup has reunited.

According to their publicist, the band hopes to have a new album out in 2006, and "live appearances may happen sooner."

A judge reportedly has ruled that rapper Shyne--who has been jailed since 2001 for a 1999 shooting in New York City, but signed a record deal while in prison--won't see money from the $3 million deal until a pending civil lawsuit is settled. The suit was brought by two people wounded in the shooting.

The judge froze the rapper's funds, including Shyne's $500,000 advance, citing New York's "Son of Sam" law, which bars convicts from profiting from their crimes.
