Cradle of Filth heads up MTV2 Headbanger's Ball Tour

Cradle of Filth will hold down the top slot of MTV2's third Headbanger's Ball Tour, a run that will also feature Arch Enemy, Bleeding Through and Himsa.

The metal-music trek kicks off in Quebec City on Halloween, then winds its way through the U.S. and Canada well into mid-December. Details are shown below.

The run supports the just-released "Headbangers Ball Vol. 2," a two-disc compilation that houses a total of 40 tracks. Disc one focuses on established metal acts such as Slipknot, Korn, Megadeth, A Perfect Circle, Kittie and others, while disc two spotlights on up-and-comers including tour headliner Cradle of Filth and show-opener Bleeding Through.
