Incubus tackles busy tour schedule

Incubus is in the midst of an ambitious North American tour that will keep the group on the road through November.

The rockers--who are supporting their latest studio release, "A Crow Left of the Murder"--kicked off the outing in June, after completing swings through Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

The world tour has so far spawned two live "bootleg" CDs, "Live in Sweden 2004" and "Live in Japan 2004." Incubus launched their bootleg series last year with the release of "Live at Lollapalooza 2003."

Additional live CDs are expected in the coming months. The band is releasing the CDs over the course of a year, and all proceeds will go to its Make Yourself Foundation. The group hopes to raise $1 million for the foundation--which funds various causes and charities--over the year.

"A Crow Left of Murder" surfaced in February and debuted at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 album chart. Helping to spur sales was the album's hit single, "Megalomaniac."
