Sugar Ray spends December on the radio festival circuit

On the heels of the release of "Answer the Phone," the second single from its latest album, rock band Sugar Ray has scheduled a handful of holiday radio festivals for December, as well as a three-night stand in Lake Tahoe, Nev., for February.

Sugar Ray has also set a number of television appearances. Lead singer Mark McGrath will present an award at the Billboard Music Awards on Tuesday (12/4). On Friday (12/8), "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" will repeat an episode with Sugar Ray singing "Answer the Phone."

VH1 will debut "Sugar Ray FanClub" at 10 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday (12/9), and on Dec. 10 and 12, MTV will air the newest episode of "Music in High Places," a Sugar Ray concert from Australia.

"Answer the Phone," from Sugar Ray's self-titled Atlantic album, will be used in a series of TV and radio ads for Cingular Wireless, featuring footage from the band's video for the song.
