Mystikal joins forces with Ginuwine, others

Grammy-nominated rapper Mystikal is heading up a package tour, set to kick off on June 12 in Kansas City, with Ginuwine, Jaheim, Jagged Edge and Public Announcement.

The nearly two-month tour visits theaters, mid-size arenas and amphitheaters.

Mystikal was nominated for a Best Rap Solo Performance Grammy for his MTV hit "Shake Ya Ass," from his album "Let's Get Ready" (Jive).

Ginuwine recently wrapped up a tour in support of his latest album, April's "Life" (Epic), while Jaheim released his 21-track debut, "Ghetto Love" (Warner Bros.), in February.

Public Announcement and Jagged Edge are R&B veterans. Public Announcement--former back-up singers for R. Kelly--has done well on its own, and released its sophomore effort, "Don't Hold Back" (RCA), in February.

In 2000, Jagged Edge scored the hit "Let's Get Married" from 1999's "J.E. Heartbreak" (Columbia). Jagged Edge won two Soul Train awards earlier this year.
