Leftover Salmon jams its way across America
Keeping with its road-dog reputation, Leftover Salmon has embarked on an ambitious two-month tour that will hit most of the United States.
The schedule, which currently runs through early June, features a few "an evening with" performances, during which there is no opening act. According to the band's booking agent, the support acts for the other shows have yet to be set.
Based out of Boulder, Colo., Leftover Salmon recently added three new members to its lineup: keyboardist Bill McKay (Derek Trucks Band), drummer Jose Martinez and bassist Greg Garrison.
According to its official website, Leftover Salmon is planning to begin work on a new record this year. The band's latest album is 1999's "The Nashville Sessions."
