Everlast rolls out winter tour dates

Everlast will hit the winter concert circuit later this month, and has gigs scheduled at a number of radio festivals through mid-December, according to Tommy Boy Records. The string of dates gets underway on Nov. 28, and will follow Everlast's current opening stint for the Wallflowers.

On Nov. 28, Everlast is scheduled to give a headlining performance at New York City's Bowery Ballroom. A string of eight radio festivals then gets underway on Dec. 7 in Peoria, and includes two additional Illinois stops before the R&B artist moves on to Tennessee, Oklahoma and Kentucky. The run's final date is currently set for Dec. 17 in San Antonio.

Earlier this month, Everlast began a stint supporting the Wallflowers on their current headlining tour. His last scheduled performance in that opening slot is set for Nov. 26.

"Eat at Whitey's" (Tommy Boy), the latest release from Everlast, hit stores on Oct. 17. The disc is the follow up to his multi-platinum 1998 album, "Whitey Ford Sings the Blues," featuring the Grammy-nominated single "What It's Like."
