Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace expand co-headlining tour

Alt-metal groups Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace have added a second leg of dates to their forthcoming co-headlining outing, which gets underway later this week.

The new leg kicks off Feb. 13 in Lowell, MA, and runs through a March 5 appearance in Little Rock, AR, pushing the total number of cities the two bands will visit on the road trip to 27. Dates for the outing, which is set to launch Jan. 15 in Peoria, IL, are included at right.

"Dear Agony," Breaking Benjamin's fourth studio set, surfaced in September, debuting at No. 4 on The Billboard 200 and at No. 1 on the iTunes album chart. The record marks the band's first collection of new material since 2006's "Phobia."

"I Will Not Bow," the album's first single, held the top spot on Billboard's Rock Songs chart for four straight weeks. The album's second single and title track hit radio stations last week.

Three Days Grace unveiled its third studio set, "Life Starts Now," in September. The album--the group's first release in three years--debuted at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 and marks the outfit's second record to be produced by Grammy-nominated Howard Benson (Daughtry, Kelly Clarkson).
