The Used pen new strokes on 'Artwork' trek

Alt-rockers The Used have lined up a winter headlining tour as they continue to back their latest studio album, "Artwork," which surfaced this summer.

The Utah-based foursome kicks off the outing Jan. 27 in San Diego, and the 20-city road trip wraps Feb. 26 in Birmingham, AL. Highlights include stops in Atlantic City, NJ (2/12) and Washington, DC (2/17). Dates are below.

"Artwork," the band's fourth studio set and the follow-up to 2007's "Lies for the Liars," hit stores in August. The record's lead single, "Blood On My Hands," premiered on Apple's iTunes Music Store the same month, racking up more than 5,000 downloads on the day of its release, according to a press release.

The track--along with two subsequent singles, "Born to Quit" and "Empty With You," which hit radio airwaves this month--is currently streaming at the group's MySpace page.
