Thin Lizzy lines up special nights for U.K.

LONDON-- Thin Lizzy is scheduled to play six U.K. and Ireland dates at the end of November to promote its latest album, "One Night Only." The midsize venues mini-tour will begin at Dublin's Olympia Theatre on Nov. 21 and finish at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire on Nov. 29.

The line-up for this tour features guitarist Scott Gorman, keyboardist Darren Wharton, bassist Marco Mendoza, drummer Tommy Aldridge and guitarist and vocalist John Sykes, who has taken the place of deceased group founder Phil Lynott.

The Irish hard rock group first rose to fame in the mid '70s with the single "The Boys Are Back in Town." Its first big album was "Jailbreak" in 1976.
