Family Force 5 finishes club run, preps for holiday collection

Currently in the midst of a club and theater tour, Christian electro-pop outfit Family Force 5 has revealed plans for a subsequent holiday outing ahead of the group's forthcoming album, "Family Force 5 Christmas Pageant."

The Atlanta-based band, which continues the 15-city "Dance Rawr Dance 3" club excursion with a stop tonight (9/30) in Salt Lake City, will officially begin the holiday-themed leg Nov. 28 in Grand Rapids, MI. The new dates have the quintet visiting churches, theaters and events centers through a Dec. 15 performance in Orlando. The full schedule is shown below.

"Family Force 5 Christmas Pageant," the group's first holiday record, will hit shelves next week (10/6).

In an effort to give back to the communities surrounding the designated tour stops, FF5 is asking fans to bring canned goods to concerts. The donations collected will go to local food banks, according to a press release.

Family Force 5 released "Dance or Die," their second studio set, in the summer of 2008, and unveiled a remix of the album, entitled "Dance or Die with a Vengeance," in May. The pop-rockers also dropped a six-song EP, "Keep the Party Alive," earlier this month; the set is available exclusively at Target retailers nationwide.
