Insane Clown Posse unleashes 'Bang! Pow! Boom!' run

Hip-hop duo Insane Clown Posse will spend the rest of the year on the road behind its recently released studio set, "Bang! Pow! Boom!"

The US road trip begins with a Sept. 17 show in Minneapolis, followed by several club and theater appearances along the West Coast through the end of that month. The pair then works its way east, crisscrossing the nation twice before the 58-city tour concludes Dec. 11 in East Peoria, IL. The full schedule is shown below.

Orange County rockers Hed(PE) will provide opening support for the trek.

"Bang! Pow! Boom!," the rap-rockers' 11th studio album and first since 2007's "The Tempest," hit retailers yesterday (9/1). The new work, which was recorded over six months at Detroit's Funhouse Studios, marks the second album created with producer Mike E. Clark on Psychopathic Records.

A sampler of songs from the new album is currently streaming at Insane Clown Posse's MySpace page.

Last month, ICP hosted its 10th annual Gathering of the Juggalos outdoor festival in Cave-In-Rock, MI. The five-day event (8/5-8/9) included performances by Ice Cube, Coolio, Gwar, Kottonmouth Kings and Tech N9ne.
