Rascal Flatts pack for 'Unstoppable' tour

Rascal Flatts have squeezed a few new summer tour dates into their schedule as the group prepares to hit the road in support of its latest studio effort, "Unstoppable."

Since last check, the country trio has added new shows in Miami, OK (6/12); Holmdel, NJ (6/25); Scranton, PA (7/12) and Jacksonville, FL (6/23) to the trek, which gets underway June 5 in the St. Louis area. The tour is currently constructed to run well into September, and the band's complete schedule is included below.

"Unstoppable," the Rascal Flatts' sixth studio album, hit stores in April. Produced by the band and crossover rock and country guitarist/producer Dann Huff, the set debuted in the top spot on The Billboard 200 album chart, and has sold more than 500,000 copies since its arrival, according to the industry journal.

The album was preceded in January by the single "Here Comes Goodbye," which debuted at No. 29 on the Hot Country Songs chart and eventually moved into the Top 10, becoming the group's tenth No. 1 one single in April. The album's second single, "Summer Nights," surfaced in early May.

"Unstoppable" follows 2007's multi-platinum "Still Feels Good," which spawned country/crossover hits "Take Me There," "Winner at a Losing Game," "Bob That Head" and "Here." The latter set marked the trio's third consecutive effort to debut at No. 1 on the US album chart.
