Britney Spears pushes back U.K. tour opener

LONDON-- Britney Spears has reorganized her European tour due to "technical difficulties" at the NEC Arena in Birmingham, England.

The first two tour dates, scheduled to take place at the NEC on Oct. 7 and 8, have been rescheduled for Nov. 20 and 21. The tour will now begin at London's Wembley Arena on Oct. 10.

Original tickets will be valid for the new NEC dates. Refunds are available until Oct. 15.
