Montgomery Gentry maps out headlining run
Montgomery Gentry will return to the road this spring for an extensive North American tour behind its 2008 summertime release, "Back When I Knew It All."
The headlining journey begins March 25 in San Bernadino, CA, hitting both coasts, a good portion of the Midwest and a handful of Canadian stops along the way. The trek concludes this fall, with the finale currently set for October 23 in Columbia, SC. The full itinerary is below.
The country duo, which spent much of 2008 working the tour trail alongside Toby Keith on his "Biggest & Baddest Tour," will provide support on a slew of dates for Kenny Chesney's "Sun City Carnival" outing.
Montgomery Gentry recently learned of their Academy of Country Music nomination for Album of the Year for "Back When I Knew It All," which peaked at No. 3 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. The country stars are also up for Top Vocal Duo, along with Big & Rich, Brooks & Dunn, Joey + Rory, and Sugarland. The ACM Awards will be unveiled April 5 in Las Vegas.
