Terrorvision To Unveil New Material On Winter Outing

LONDON--Hard rock group Terrorvision is scheduled to head out on a major U.K. tour beginning in November to preview new material from its upcoming fifth LP. The four-piece will kick off the 22-date club venture in Orpington, England, on Nov. 10 and finish up in Exeter, England, on Dec. 16.

Following the No. 1 success of last year's single "Tequila," Terrorvision has also announced the release of a new single called "D'ya Wanna Go Faster" on its own label Total Vegas in January. (The band was dropped by EMI in 1999.) A release date for their untitled next album has yet to be confirmed.

The band, led by singer Tony Wright, hails from Bradford, North England, home of gritty folk rockers New Model Army. Terrorvision's last album, released to good reviews, was 1998's "Shaving Peaches."
