D'Angelo readies RCA album

D'Angelo's next album, which is scheduled for a 2009 release, is expected to feature several guest artists, including Cee-Lo, Q-Tip, Raphael Saadiq and Roy Hargrove, among others, according to a press release.

D'Angelo has released the single "I Found My Smile Again" exclusively via Apple's iTunes store.

Contrary to media reports, D'Angelo has not signed with Bad Boy Records and remains at RCA Music Group (J Records), a unit of Sony Music Entertainment, Inc.
