Paul Simon To Tour Eight North American Cities

Paul Simon's tour behind the forthcoming release "You're the One" is scheduled to visit eight North American cities in November and December, according to Warner Bros. Records. The singer-songwriter has scheduled multi-night stands at large theaters in all but one city on his North American itinerary.

Ticket on-sale dates were not available at press time, but the concerts will include material that spans Simon's entire career, according to Warner Bros.

A previously announced European tour will precede the North American concerts.

The North American release date for "You're the One," which had been targeted for Sept. 26, has been pushed back a week to Oct. 3. The album features the 10-piece band that toured with Simon on his co-headlining tour with Bob Dylan in the summer of 1999.
