New Ticket Pre-Sale Set For Beastie Boys-Rage Tour

update: Tickets for three more stops on the Rhyme & Reason 2000 tour featuring Beastie Boys and Rage Against the Machine are scheduled to go on sale through the ArtistDirect website on Thursday (7/27), two days before they will go on the market through traditional outlets.

The latest Internet ticket pre-sale offerings from the tour are for shows in Maryland Heights, Mo. (8/22), George, Wash. (9/10), and Mountain View, Calif. (9/12).

To participate in the pre-sale, users must first register with ArtistDirect, and are then given a password that allows them to purchase a ticket through the Ticketmaster.com site.

Opening acts have not been announced for the three new dates. The tour is expected to run through mid-September.
