Album Chart: Miley Cyrus scores a No. 1 'Breakout'

"Breakout," Miley Cyrus' first album not co-billed with her Disney Channel character "Hannah Montana," sold 371,000 copies in the US during its debut week, and tops the latest album chart.

The previous studio album to bear Cyrus' name, last year's "Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus," also debuted at No. 1, selling 326,000 copies its first week out.

Making a strong No. 2 debut is Sugarland's "Love on the Inside," which sold 314,000 during its first week out, according to Billboard. The "Mamma Mia" soundtrack holds steady at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 with sales of 168,000. Billboard bases its flagship album chart on Nielsen SoundScan retail reports.

Kid Rock's "Rock N Roll Jesus" sold 93,000 copies over the past week and rises two rungs to No. 4. Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter III" slips three notches to No. 5 on sales of 85,000.

Rounding out the Top 10 are Coldplay's "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" at No. 6, the Disney "Camp Rock" soundtrack at No. 7, Nas' untitled set at No. 8, the "Now 28" hits compilation at No. 9 and Taylor Swift's "Beautiful Eyes"--a Wal-Mart exclusive--at No. 10.
