More Vans Warped Tour Dates And Artists Announced

The annual Vans Warped Tour summer concert festival has added new dates and several new artists who will make appearances at a number of tour stops.

No Doubt, Weezer and Lit have been added to a lengthy roster of bands that already features Green Day, the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Long Beach Dub Allstars and others.

Weezer will join the tour in Fresno, Calif., for the June 23 launch date and will stay on board through the July 1 show in San Francisco. No Doubt, Lit and the Black Eyed Peas--currently in the midst of No Doubt's "Saturn" tour--have been confirmed for the Warped Tour's July 11 stop in Minneapolis.

Green Day, meanwhile, will break away from the Warped Tour after the July 30 Orlando show for its own tour of Japan. The group plans to headline its own U.S. tour sometime in November, following the Oct. 3 release of its recently completed album "Warning."
