Travis Plan First Trip Down Under

LONDON--Scottish rockers Travis are to hit Australia and New Zealand for the first time ever after they play in America in July. They added four Australian and one New Zealand date to their current world tour on Thursday (6/15).

The group, whose album "The Man Who..." has reached No. 135 on the Billboard 200 chart and has sold over 2.1 million copies in the U.K., will play six North American dates, beginning in Vancouver on July 13. They are also scheduled to play at the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, England, on June 24 and Scotland's T in the Park festival on July 9.

Travis' latest single "Coming Around" entered the Official British Singles Chart at No. 5 this week after it was expected to go in at No. 1.
