Nextfest takes teen stars cross country

Teen stars Aly & AJ, Corbin Bleu, Drake Bell and newcomer Bianca Ryan are gearing up to hit the road this summer on the 29-city Nextfest tour.

The outing kicks off July 11 in Phoenix and visits amphitheaters and arenas across the US, wrapping Sept. 1 in a yet-to-be named city. Details are listed below. Tickets go on sale nationwide beginning June 2.

A day before the tour launches, sisters Aly & AJ will release their third album, "Insomniac," which has spawned the single "Potential Break Up Song." The set follows the duo's platinum-selling "Into the Rush." The girls are also promoting their upcoming MTV film "Super Sweet 16" and currently filming the pilot to their own MTV show, according to a press release. Also in the works are an Aly & AJ book series, video games, a doll series, and lines of apparel, accessories and cosmetics. And, in case that's not enough publicity, the sisters also currently grace millions of Post Honeycomb cereal boxes.

Bleu is known for co-starring in Disney movies "High School Musical" and "Jump In!," as well as for the hit song "Push It to the Limit" from "Jump In!" Earlier this month, the singer/actor released his debut album, "Another Side." In August, Bleu will be seen reprising his role as Chad in "High School Musical 2."

Bell, co-star of the Nickelodeon show "Drake and Josh," recently won the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award for Favorite TV Actor for the second straight year. In December, he released his sophomore set, "It's Only Time," which followed his 2005 independent debut "Telegraph." Bell also stars in the film "College," which is due for release next spring.

Nextfest's youngest participant is 12-year-old Ryan, who won the debut season of NBC reality show "America's Got Talent." That led to the release of her debut, self-titled album late last year.
