Keith Urban tour continues to expand
Country star Keith Urban continues to build the itinerary for his mammoth upcoming summer tour, with more than a dozen new dates filling out the schedule.
Urban's June-through-September trek, which kicks off June 8 in Phoenix, now covers 33 dates in 32 cities.
Before arriving in North America, Urban will spend a few months this spring canvassing the UK, Germany and Australia. The singer's complete overseas itinerary can be found at his website.
"I'm looking forward to getting back on the road, to reconnecting with everyone and to doing what it is that I love to do," Urban said in a press release. "To finally be able to present the songs from 'Love, Pain & the Whole Crazy Thing' live, is something that I've been looking forward to doing since recording the album."
"Love, Pain & the Whole Crazy Thing," Urban's fourth studio album, was released in November, but the entertainer put off touring and promotional appearances to check himself into rehab for alcohol addiction.
Despite the delay, the album went to No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums Chart and scored hit singles "Stupid Boy" and Grammy-nominated cut "Once in a Lifetime."
