All That Remains maps headlining tour

Metalcore band All That Remains has nailed down a January launch for its headlining tour behind this year's full-length, "The Fall of Ideals."

The Massachusetts outfit, currently touring in a support role with Killswitch Engage, will kick off its 2007 outing with a Jan. 23 show in Huntington, WV. The month-long trek will take the band to 26 cities, with various acts filling the opening slot along the way, including Misery Signals, The Human Abstract and labelmates Light This City.

All That Remains will head across the pond for a European co-headlining run with DragonForce following the conclusion of its current stint on Killswitch Engage's trek, which rolls into Sparks, NV, on Nov. 24. The band's complete overseas schedule is available at its MySpace site, and details for the group's US shows are included below.

"The Fall of Ideals," which hit stores in July, is the band's third studio album, following 2004's "This Darkened Heart" and its 2002 debut, "Behind Silence and Solitude." The new set was produced by Killswitch drummer Adam Dutkiewicz, with engineering help from former Soilwork guitarist Peter Wiche.

The band is currently seeking a permanent replacement in the drummer's seat, following the recent departure of Shannon Lucas. Tim Yeung, who earned the title World's Fastest Drummer at the 2006 NAMM show in Austin, TX, has been temporarily filling in for Lucas on the group's current itinerary.
