Award-winning country outfit Rascal Flatts is making the rounds ahead of "Nothing Like This," the band's first album for Big Machine Records -- home of the genre's brightest young star, Taylor Swift.
Rascal Flatts had a great run with their old label, the now-shuttered Lyric Street Records, with 27 singles cracking Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart and 10 No. 1 hits. Their big breakout hit came in 2006 with "Life is a Highway," which was on the soundtrack for the Pixar film "Cars." This week fans can catch the guys in the state of New York: Thursday (9/2) at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, and Friday (9/3) at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center in Darien Center.
SoundSpike contributing photographer Daniel Boczarski attended Rascal Flatts' show at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheater in Tinley Park, IL, on Saturday (8/28) and here are some highlights.
