Justin Bieber reschedules New York show due to illness
Young pop star Justin Bieber called off his planned concert at the New York State Fair in Syracuse on Sunday (8/29), citing illness. The show has been rescheduled for Wednesday (9/1).
Bieber performed in Providence, RI, on Friday (8/27), but evidently was a bit under the weather at that time. "[G]reat night in Providence ... little scare that we might not do the show but we rocked out...," he wrote after that gig on Twitter.
Bieber isn't expected to miss additional shows. His next scheduled performance is Tuesday (8/31) at New York's Madison Square Garden.
Bieber has been touring extensively all summer, and is scheduled to be on the road through the end of the year.
