In Pictures: No Depression Festival in Redmond, WA

Last Saturday (8/21) marked the 2nd Annual No Depression Festival at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA. The event featured music from headliners The Swell Season and Lucinda Williams, along with sets by Chuck Prophet and Alejandro Escovedo, among others.

No Depression began as a magazine dedicated to alt-country and roots music in 1995. The magazine had a small, loyal following, but it went the way of much of the print media and moved exclusively to publishing online in 2008.

SoundSpike contributing photographer Kirk Stauffer attended the festivities in Redmond on Saturday (8/21), and here are some of his best shots.
