New Bob Dylan "Bootleg Series" due, along with mono box set

The box set "Bob Dylan - The Original Mono Recordings" will mark the first time Dylan's first eight albums have been available in mono on compact disc. Both sets will be available on CD and on fully analog, 180-gram vinyl.

Both sets include deluxe booklets containing vintage photos. "The Witmark Demos" features in-depth liner notes by music historian Colin Escott, while "The Original Mono Recordings" includes an "expansive" essay by music critic Greil Marcus, according to a press release.

As usual, Dylan is currently on tour. His itinerary is at right.
