Furthur, the rock outfit helmed by former Grateful Dead members Phil Lesh and Bob Weir, have mapped out a coast-to-coast U.S. itinerary that pushes into the fall.

The entire seven-piece band will first complete an April residency at Port Chester, NY's Capitol Theatre before making a May 9 appearance at the inaugural BottleRock festival in Napa Valley, CA. The more intensive road work begins with a July 11 area show in Brooklyn, NY, followed by another 12 stops scattered across the nation. The journey wraps up with a three-night stand Oct. 4-6 at the Greek Theatre in L.A.

Lesh and Weir will be backed on the stateside run by the following musicians: guitarist John Kadlecik, keyboardist Jeff Chimenti and drummer Joe Russo, as well as backing vocalists Sunshine Becker and Jeff Pehrson.
