Scott Weiland plots solo club and theater run
The alt-rocker will focus on the eastern half of the nation, beginning with a March 1 performance in Flint, MI. The club and theater outing currently moves through 14 major markets before wrapping up March 27 in Dallas.
Tickets for Weiland's road trip are available now at the musician's website. More dates will be announced soon, according to a press release.
For the first time as a solo artist, Weiland will perform songs from STP's first two albums -- 1992's "Core" and the 1994 follow-up "Purple" -- as well as tracks from his time with Velvet Revolver and his own solo material.
Weiland most recently unveiled a holiday collection, "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year," in 2011.
