Eric Church, Hunter Hayes among top ACM Awards nominees

Eric Church, Hunter Hayes, Miranda Lambert and Taylor Swift lead the nominees for the 48th annual Academy of Country Music Awards.

Church earned seven nominations, including nods for Male Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year and Video of the Year. His chart-topping single "Springsteen" is in the running for Song of the Year and Single of the Year.

Hayes is up for six awards: New Male Vocalist of the Year and Video for Year, Song of the Year and Single Record of the Year -- all for "Wanted."

Lambert and Swift, both of whom received five nods each, will vie for Entertainer of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year. Swift also earned double nominations for Album of the Year for "Red" as the artist and producer, while Lambert is in up as both artist and composer for Song of the Year for "Over You."

The country music awards ceremony, hosted by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan, will take place April 7 at Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena, airing live on the CBS network.

Fans will determine New Artist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year via online voting at the Academy's website. Voting begins March 25 and closes the day of the awards show.
