Dead Can Dance bring "Anastasis" stateside

World fusion act Dead Can Dance will spend some time on the West Coast this spring before taking off for Europe, all in support of last summer's "Anastasis."
The Australian duo will take part in the two-weekend Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival April 14 and April 21 in Indio, CA. Between those two festival appearances, the pair will perform in San Francisco (4/15) and Napa, CA (4/17). A European leg follows, kicking off May 25 in Barcelona, Spain, and pushing through a July 2 performance in London.
Ticketing information is available at the group's website.
Dead Can Dance unveiled "Anastasis," their first studio set in 16 years, in August. The PIAS Recordings collection, named for the Greek word for resurrection, peaked at the top of Billboard's Top World Albums chart.
The summertime release follows 1996's "Spiritchaser."
