Metallica will continue their Orion Music + More Festival in 2013, taking the second annual event to Detroit next summer.

The two-day music and lifestyle event is scheduled for June 8-9. The official location will be announced in the coming weeks, along with the lineup and other event information.

Single-day tickets ($90) and two-day passes ($150) will go on sale in February, according to the event's website.

Last year, Metallica headlined both nights of the inaugural festival, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the "Black Album" and playing it in its entirety one evening, as well as "Ride the Lightning" the other night.

Another 37 acts also performed on four different stages, including Arctic Monkeys, Avenged Sevenfold, Cage the Elephant, The Black Angels, Suicidal Tendencies and Sepultura, among others.

Metallica most recently released "Beyond Magnetic," a four-song EP originally issued as a digital-only offering, on physical CD in January.
