Tenacious D keep up "Rize of the Fenix"
Grammy-nominated Tenacious D will spend a little time on the U.S. tour trail in the coming months, supporting the recently released "Rize of the Fenix."
The comedy rockers Jack Black and Kyle Gass will take to the stage for the "Old School Acoustic Style" trek Feb. 28 in Atlantic City, NJ, followed by another eight club and theater shows spread across the eastern part of the nation.

Tenacious D unveiled "Rize of the Fenix," the pair's third studio effort, in May via Columbia Records. The 13-track collection features the return of guitarist John Konesky, bassist John Spiker and drummer Dave Grohl, all of whom performed on the band's previous records.
Earlier this month, Tenacious D received a Grammy nomination for Best Comedy Album for "Rize of the Fenix." The 55th annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast on CBS Feb. 10.
