Kenny Rogers to spend 31st holiday season on the road
Country crooner Kenny Rogers will take on a holiday trek across North America for the 31st year, this time featuring special guest Billy Dean and including local choirs.
The Grammy-winning performer begins the seasonal excursion with a Nov. 23 show in Catoosa, OK, and crisscrosses the nation over the course of a month. The 22-city outing wraps up Dec. 23 in Westbury, NY.
After the New Year, Rogers will return to the road for a sporadic tour that ventures into Canada and extends through May.

The end-of-year run will feature a mix of classic holiday tunes and Rogers' own hits, like "The Gambler," "Islands In The Stream" and "Lady."
Last month, Rogers unveiled his first autobiography, "Luck or Something Like It: A Memoir," which has already reached bestseller status on the New York Times list. The Texas native is also preparing to release a new studio set via Warner Bros. Records sometime next year.
