Reggae rockers Slightly Stoopid will launch a club and theater trek in the New Year behind last summer's effort, "Top of the World."

The San Diego outfit begins the excursion with a Jan. 9 performance in Albuquerque, NM, and continues throughout the western portion of the nation through that month's end. A handful of Southern gigs are also on the books, starting with an April 17 show in Lexington, KY, and extending through an April 27 gig in Nashville, TN.

Ticketing information for the outing is available now at the band's website.

"Top of the World," Slightly Stoopid's latest studio set, surfaced in August via the group's own label, Stoopid Records. The collection marks the act's first collection of new material since 2008's "Slightly Not Stoned Enough to Eat Breakfast Yet Stoopid."

Earlier this month, Slightly Stoopid performed "Don't Stop" on "Jimmy Kimmel Live." A video of the performance is currently streaming at the group's website.
