Ra Ra Riot preps for new album with winter tour
Indie-rock outfit Ra Ra Riot will follow up a round of fall dates with winter shows throughout the U.S. and parts of Canada in support of their impending early 2013 release, "Beta Love."
The New York natives will take to the stage Nov. 2 in Poughkeepsie, NY, and push through eight more East Coast markets through mid-December.
The latest leg of dates gets underway Jan. 23 in Washington, D.C., and hits 11 cities on both coasts. The itinerary also includes a one-off performance Feb. 2 in Tokyo.

Ra Ra Riot will unveil "Beta Love," the group's third studio set, Jan. 22 via Barsuk Records. Recorded earlier this year in Oxford, MS, the 11-track collection features drummer Josh Freese and producer Dennis Herring.
The band's most recent release, "The Orchard," surfaced in 2010.
