Halestorm adds "Jagermeister Presents" trek to busy itinerary
After finishing up their in-progress "Carnival of Madness" trek with other hard-rock acts, Halestorm will finish out the year as headliners on this year's "Jagermeister Presents" tour.
The Pennsylvania outfit, helmed by lead singer Lzzy Hale, has another month of European gigs to complete before returning to the U.S. for the Nov. 8 "Jagermeister Presents" kick-off in Mobile, AL. The fall run ventures into clubs and theaters in 30 major markets, including the outing's New Year's Eve (12/31) conclusion in Baltimore.
Ticketing information for the international gigs is available now at the band's website, while tickets for the stateside gigs, which will feature opening support from In This Moment and Eve To Adam, go on sale Friday (9/7).
Halestorm continues supporting its sophomore set, "The Strange Case of...," which surfaced in April. Produced by Grammy-nominated Howard Benson, the 12-track set peaked at No. 15 on The Billboard 200 and at the top of the magazine's Hard Rock Albums chart.
"We didn't have a whole lot of time to prepare, which ultimately ended up being the best thing that could have ever happened to this record," Hale explained in a July interview with Soundspike. "We kind of took all of our brains out of it. You take the mind out of the situation and all of a sudden you're just following your gut, saying, 'OK, do we like the song? Do we not like the song? Does this get us excited? Does this not get us excited.'"
