Vermont folk-rockers Grace Potter & the Nocturnals will return to the tour trail next month for a round of U.S. shows in support of the recently released "The Lion The Beast The Beat."

The five-piece outfit will begin the fall outing with their second annual appearance at the Grand Point North Festival in their home state. The road trip then continues Oct. 4 in Asheville, NC, followed by amphitheater gigs and festival appearances through early December. The 25-city outing, which includes several two-night stands, currently wraps up Dec. 7 in Washington, D.C.

Ticket information for the North American trek is available now via the group's website, and more dates will be revealed in the coming weeks, according to a press release.

Grace Potter & the Nocturnals released their fourth studio album, "The Lion The Beast The Beat" in July via Hollywood Records. The effort, which follows their self-titled third album, was produced by Potter and Jim Scott (Tom Petty, Wilco) at the latter's studio, PLYRZ, in Santa Clarita, CA. The album debuted at No. 17 on The Billboard 200 and at No. 10 on the magazine's Digital Albums chart.

Fans can check out the video for the album's second single, "Stars," which recently premiered at the VH1 website.
