The Flaming Lips, Santigold, fun., Grandmaster Flash and Grizzly Bear are among the acts slated to helm comedian Stephen Colbert's second festival, dubbed "StePhest Colbchella '012: RocktAugustFest."

The one-day music extravaganza will take place Aug. 10 on the flight deck of the U.S.S. Intrepid, which is now permanently docked at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in the New York City's Hudson River.

Tickets were distributed free via Colbert's website. There's no word on whether more tickets will be available in advance of the show.

Musical performances and interviews with the artists can be seen on "The Colbert Report" beginning Aug. 13, according to Billboard.

This marks the second year for Colbert's own festival; last year's lineup included Talib Kweli, Jack White, Bon Iver and Florence + the Machine.
