Steve Earle will headline and host Woodyfest, a three-night festival in New York City this summer honoring the late, great Woody Guthrie, alongside Billy Bragg, Allen Toussaint and Tim Robbins.

The intimate concerts, scheduled for July 11-13 at the City Winery in celebration of what would be Guthrie's 100th birthday, will also feature John Hammond, Rachel Yamagata, Amy Helm and the Wood Brothers. All artists in attendance will perform material written or inspired by the folk/country legend, who is best known for his song "This Land is Your Land."

Part of the proceeds will go to help fund the Woody Guthrie Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes educational programs, research and projects that maintain Guthrie's life and legacy, according to a press release.

Tickets are on sale now through the winery website.

Earle, a three-time Grammy winner, author and political activist, released "I'll Never Get Out of This World Alive," last year. The T-Bone Burnett produced effort peaked at No. 24 on the Billboard 200. Earle is currently on tour in support of the album with The Dukes (and Duchesses) and Allison Moorer.
