Roger Waters' "The Wall" to close out tour in Quebec City
Roger Waters' lengthy "The Wall" tour is now slated to wrap up with a stop in Quebec City, which will feature the largest wall built for the concert yet.
A limited number of priority wristbands are available now to fans registered with Waters' website, while general on-sales begin June 5.
"I've always loved playing in Quebec," Waters said at his website. "The Quebecois are a very passionate and musical people and we'll be playing on the Fields of Abraham. This is going to be completely unlike any of 'The Wall' shows we've done anywhere else in the world."
On the road since the fall of 2010, "The Wall" will stops in Seattle tonight (5/24). Thirty North American shows remain before the July 21 closing performance in Quebec City, Quebec.
Rogers' revival of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" played in more than 120 cities worldwide since its launch. The classic album surfaced in 1979 and has sold more than 23 million copies in the U.S. alone.
