The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young and Crazy Horse and The Black Keys will headline the 11th annual Austin City Limits Festival this fall, and three-day passes have already sold out.

The three-day festival, scheduled for Oct. 12-14 in Austin's Zilker Park, will feature more than 130 acts across eight stages, with the lineup featuring Jack White, Florence + The Machine, The Avett Brothers, Iggy & The Stooges, Bassnectar, Weezer, The Roots, Gotye, The Shins and The Whigs, among others.

Early-bird tickets sold out almost instantly in the days following last fall's festival, and regularly-priced three-day passes, which went on sale yesterday (5/22) to those already subscribed to the ACL Festival e-list, emptied within hours.

Single-day passes, priced at $90 each, went on sale at the same time, and by day's end, Friday and Saturday single-day tickets had also sold out. More information about tickets is available at the festival website.

This year's lineup includes several alumni: Thievery Corporation, Andrew Bird, Delta Spirit, Steve Earle, Old 97's and Asleep At The Wheel, who has performed at each and every ACL Festival.

Austin musicians also have a presence at the three-day event, with Ruthie Foster, Quiet Company, Wheeler Brothers, Wild Child and The Eastern Sea representing the local music scene.

Last week, festival organizers teased the lineup with scratch-off lottery-style tickets at several Austin area businesses. Fans swarmed the 28 locations to learn of some of the bands to be featured, with Red Hot Chili Peppers among those released.
