Korn continues "Path of Totality" with more North American gigs
Alt-metal outfit Korn will continue supporting the recently released "The Path of Totality" with a round of summertime shows spread throughout the eastern U.S. and parts of Canada.
With two legs already complete, the four-piece band will return to the road tonight (5/10) for a performance in Sayreville, NJ, followed by the trek's official kick-off June 15 in Montebello, Quebec.
Following the North American outing, Korn will head to Europe for a run that spans most of August.
Kill the Noise will provide opening support on select dates, and Korn frontman Jonathan Davis will also continue his opening set as his DJ alter ego, J Devil.
"The Path of Totality," Korn's 10th studio effort, surfaced in December via Roadrunner Records. The group collaborated with a handful of electronic producers on the set, including Skrillex, 12th Planet, Kill the Noise, Excision and Flinch, among others. The album debuted at No. 10 on The Billboard 200 and peaked at the top of the magazine's Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
Last month, Korn took home a Revolver Golden Rod Award for Album of the Year for "The Path of Totality."
