The Jesus and Mary Chain set West Coast dates

The Jesus and Mary Chain, who earlier this year played their first U.S. shows since 2008, will be back in North America this June.
The fuzz-shrouded U.K. shoegaze band -- which reunited in 2007 after an eight-year hiatus and played Coachella the following year -- is next scheduled to take the stage May 19 at Beijing's CMV Festival, marking the band's first-ever concert in mainland China.
A new round of U.S. shows opens with a June 14 gig in San Francisco, to be followed by stops in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Diego.
The Scottish rockers' core lineup currently includes brothers Jim and William Reid with bassist Phil King.
