With nearly two months of roadwork now behind him, Alan Jackson has confirmed more stops on his North American trek ahead of his forthcoming release, "Thirty Miles West."

The country superstar, who continues the in-progress run tonight (4/20) in London, Ontario, has another 15 stops scattered throughout the outing, which now concludes with a Sept. 30 performance in West Springfield, MA. Shows are now on the books in Roanoke, VA (5/18); Bismarck, ND (7/13); Los Angeles, CA (7/20); and St. Paul, MN (8/24); among others.

Jackson will unveil "Thirty Miles West," his 17th studio set, June 5 via his own label, Alan's Country Records (ACR). Produced by longtime friend Keith Stegall, the album includes the lead single, "So You Don't Have to Love Me Anymore." That song, which is currently appearing on CMT and radios nationwide, is currently streaming at Jackson's website.

"There's this highway that's been in existence for forever now -- it's called the Dixie Highway and it runs from north of Michigan all the way down to South Florida, and I wrote a song about it that's on the album," Jackson explained of the album title in a press release. "I grew up on Highway 34 outside of Newnan, Georgia, and that's where we came up with 'Thirty Miles West.' I think we were about thirty miles west of the official part of the Dixie Highway that runs through Georgia."

The forthcoming summertime release follows Jackson's 2010 effort, "Freight Train," which debuted at No. 7 on The Billboard 200 and at No. 2 on the Top Country Albums chart.
