Flaming Lips, Allman Brothers Band, Phil Lesh line up for All Good Festival

The Allman Brothers Band, The Flaming Lips and Phil Lesh & Friends head a list of big names secured by organizers of the four-day All Good Festival set for rural Ohio this summer.
The July 19-22 festival -- which will take place at the Legend Valley Concert Venue & Campground in Thornville, OH, about 30 minutes east of Columbus, OH -- will also feature Michael Frant & Spearhead, Bob Weir & Bruce Hornsby (with special guest Branford Marsalis), G. Love & Special Sauce, the Mickey Hart Band and a host of others, with additional names set to follow, according to promoters. A complete list of currently scheduled acts is included below.
This year's festival at Legend Valley -- formerly known as the Buckeye Lake Music Center -- is the event's first appearance in Ohio since launching in Maryland in 1997. The festival moved to West Virginia in 2000 and had been based in Masontown, WV, for the previous nine years.
According to organizers, the move was made in part to alleviate local concerns about traffic and overcrowding and festival-goers worries over the event's increasing scrutiny from local law enforcement agencies.
