Jack White preps debut solo album - hear the first single

Jack White, who came to fame as a member of alt-rock duo The White Stripes, will release his debut solo album on April 24, but fans can get a taste of the first single now.
The first track to surface from the album, titled "Love Interruption" (which can be streamed below), goes on sale Monday night (1/30) as a digital single, but is currently streaming via White's official website. A vinyl version of the single to be released Feb. 7 will feature the exclusive, non-LP B-side "Machine Gun Silhouette."
White's solo debut, "Blunderbuss," is due April 24 via Third Man Records / Columbia. He self-produced the set, which was recorded at his Third Man Studio in Nashville.
"I've put off making records under my own name for a long time but these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name," White said in a press release. "These songs were written from scratch, had nothing to do with anyone or anything else but my own expression, my own colors on my own canvas."
