Odd Future plots North American dates behind spring album
Hip-hop collective OFWGKTA, or Odd Future for short, will hit a dozen North American venues this spring in support of the impending drop of "The OF Tape Vol. 2."
The outfit, whose full name is Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All and features 11 members, will finish up an in-progress Australian leg, followed by a monthlong break before the March 9 kick-off in Tempe, AZ. The stateside outing drops by clubs and theaters in 12 markets, including a March 15 performance in Toronto, Ontario.
Tickets for the concerts are on sale now via the group's website.
"The OF Tape Vol. 2," Odd Future's fourth release, will hit retailers March 20 via its own eponymous label. The effort follows last year's "12 Odd Future Songs," a compilation of previously released tracks, as well as one new single.
Late last year, news broke of Odd Future's impending television show, dubbed "Loiter Squad." The sketch comedy show premieres March 25 on the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, and each concert will open with an exclusive viewing of the show.
